REQUEST INFORMATION |

Our 'Call Out Service' is offered for vending machines not on contract and for a machine that may require a one-off
repair.
Our aim is to attended site within a 24hr period of the Call Out request being
placed. We charge an initial call out charge which includes the first quarter of an hour on
site.
Our engineers carry an extensive range of parts for most vending machines on their
vehicle. If a machine cannot be fixed because it requires parts, we will advise you (our customer) for what you would like to do
next. If parts are required and your customer is happy with your charges, we will fit the required
parts. If the engineer does not have the parts available on his vehicle and we do not stock the parts in our warehouse, then we can order the
parts. When the parts have been delivered we would re-attend
the site at a charge of per quarter of an hour only to fix the machine.
